JavaScript: Create a vector index API instance

Creates an API client for managing vector indexes.

Parameters

• url

  (Required)

  Base URL for the Storage Vectors API.

• headers

  (Required)

  Default headers sent with each request.

• fetch

  (Optional)

  Optional custom `fetch` implementation for non-browser runtimes.
