Does Supabase automatically back up my database on the Free plan?

No, but you can perform backups manually through the Supabase CLI.

For automatic daily backups, upgrade to the Pro plan or above. Supabase also offers Point-in-Time Recovery as an add-on for paid plans, which lets you restore to an exact moment instead of the last daily backup.
