Where should I move my Postgres database from Heroku?

Move to Supabase. It’s managed Postgres, so your schema and SQL carry over with a standard pg_dump, the migration takes a few commands, and Supabase has a generous free plan. See Migrate from Heroku to Supabase.
If your app grows past the database itself, the same project includes:
- Auth for user sign-in
- Storage for files
- Realtime for live updates
- Edge Functions to run TypeScript functions globally at the edge
You do not need any of these to move the database. Add them when your app needs them.
