I have an ad generation system with AI.
The user is experiencing a timeout issue with their database, possibly related to a self-hosted setup. They are unsure about the error messages and need guidance on checking logs and configurations. Another user suggests verifying the Supabase dashboard logs and API Gateway logs for more information.
Not enough info for any user here to help. Also you tagged self-hosted is that really the case or are you supabase hosted? Also AI like lovable/Bolt with their own version of Supabase? Then you will need to post what is erroring, what you are seeing the dashboard logs for API Gateway (if doing REST API calls).

Those are not really timeout but like your instance is not responding or you are going to the wrong url for it. You did not say if this is Lovable/Bolt/V0. You can check your supabase dashboard log if it is not those and on the main page there is a status that should be green. Then you can go to logs and API Gateway logs and see if anything is there.
