Add Naver as a native OAuth provider

Hi Supabase team,

First of all, thank you for adding Kakao as a supported OAuth provider — it's been incredibly useful for building apps targeting the Korean market.

I'd like to request native support for Naver Login as well. Naver is one of the two dominant platforms in South Korea, alongside Kakao. Here's why this matters:

Naver has over 40 million monthly active users in South Korea, making it the country's largest search and content platform.
Many Korean users, especially older demographics, prefer Naver accounts over Kakao for sign-in.
Naver Login is a standard requirement for most Korean-facing web and mobile applications — it's as essential as Google Login is in the US market.
Having both Kakao and Naver would give Supabase near-complete social login coverage for the Korean market.
