Thanks! I'll take a look. I've been poking at this all day, and I've realized this is 90% a PEBKAC. I was misunderstanding what could and couldn't be diffed. I've reduced the diff output substantially, and effectively got it completely clear by only diffing the public schema. I think I have better understanding of this process overall, but admit that it's quite confusing when first looking at it and trying it out.

Who says they don't have automated backups? I agree with the premise of your comment, but Supabase chooses to make a certain level of service free in order to get new customers on board. They aren't doing it out of the goodness of their hearts. Also, is there some issue with restoring data from paused projects? I was under the impression that pausing the project doesn't erase the data, and it's restored when the project is reactivated.
