hey,
i recently got picked as a part-time scrum master at my company. while trying to set things up, i realized almost every tool for retros or planning poker eventually asks for a sub or forces everyone to sign up just to use a basic board.
i just wanted something with zero friction, so i built scrumly. the core features like retros, planning poker, and whiteboards are free and don't require an account. you just generate a link and send it to your team.
stack is next.js, typescript, and supabase. handling the real-time sync for the whiteboard without lag was the main headache, still polishing that.
would love some honest feedback from anyone who actually has to run these meetings.
The user, kedi_dili, has developed a free suite of tools called Scrumly for retrospectives and planning poker, aiming to eliminate the need for subscriptions or sign-ups. They are seeking feedback from others who conduct such meetings. The tools are built using Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase, with a focus on real-time synchronization.
This is awesome! 馃憦 My team and I currently use Easyretro for our retros but I will definitely check out Scrumly. Thanks for sharing this with us here! :)
Ah thank you, I鈥檓 very glad to hear it. I would love to hear any kind of feedback 馃枛馃徎
