I love Supabase. If you're asking this you probably don't need the additional cost of Clerk. Also check out better auth. It's a big favorite too. But personally I recommend Supabase Auth if you're already using Supabase. But everyone has their own opinions. But at the end of the day, you'll be happy with any of those three. They are all good.

Supabase, because you just add rls.

Clerk would be the favorite here, but if you're already using Supabase for your DB, they make it so easy.
