If you have more than 2 apps then monorepo with a simple shared ui package is the only option that will not fall apart over time, everything else is just delaying the problem

on that hardware it makes more sense to use one decent model plus good rag than build a zoo of models and routing that eats all your gains

Batch your view counts into a local array and flush them every 30 seconds with one RPC call, use react-window for virtualization, and for the "show new posts" banner just poll with SWR and keep a count in state instead of appending to the feed until the user clicks it
