We are changing how taxes are calculated on your Supabase invoices for your organizations.
What's changing Within the next several weeks, applicable taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, or GST) will be included on your Supabase invoices based on your billing address. This change is part of our ongoing tax compliance efforts.
When will this be changing? The rollout of these changes will be incremental, beginning on May 1 and completing by June 30.
What this means for you Tax will be assessed using the billing address associated with your organization in accordance with tax law in that location. Please review your organization's billing settings to make sure your billing address and Tax ID (e.g. VAT ID, GSTIN, EIN, ABN), if applicable, are accurate and up to date. A valid Tax ID ensures you're correctly classified for tax purposes and may affect how tax is applied to your invoices.
