I’m debugging passwordless email sign-in with Supabase Auth.

The logs show:

OPTIONS /auth/v1/otp → 200
POST /auth/v1/otp → 522
Repeated POST /token → 500/504
Auth error code: request_timeout
Auth could not connect to its Postgres database while looking up a refresh token
Other REST/RPC requests are also returning 504

The frontend waits on signInWithOtp, so the user sees an endless spinner.
