Hello team, we need some help investigating an issue with Supabase email alerts (reset password). We’ve tested multiple approaches, including third party resend, but emails to custom domains (drew@athletequip.com) are not being delivered. Note: its works and logs for Gmail Emails. What’s more concerning is that these messages do not appear in the Supabase logs or Resens log , which suggests they may not be getting queued or triggered at all. Any guidance on where to look next would be appreciated.

While emails to Gmail are successfully delivered and logged, those to custom domains like athletequip.com are not. The user has tried using third-party services like Resend, but the emails do not appear in Supabase or Resend logs, indicating they might not be queued or triggered.
I know you mentioned resend but just to confirm, you are using a custom SMTP?
