AlertEmails from Supabase not sending or logging to custom domains

The user is experiencing issues with Supabase email alerts not being sent or logged when directed to custom domains. While emails to Gmail are successfully delivered and logged, those to custom domains like athletequip.com are not. The user has tried using third-party services like Resend, but the emails do not appear in Supabase or Resend logs, indicating they might not be queued or triggered.

yes, we are using our own smtp settings

thanks! we are using provider SMTP have tried both google and Microsoft SMTPs - the alerts will go to gmail but not to outlook. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
