I received an inactivity warning email regarding the following project:
Project name: xr_Pay_RFID_Fireworks Project ref / ID: nhmkvtoyafdztozzyevn Organization: wataricc Organization ref: ctcrzfiwcrwbiiivdklh
The email states that the project is scheduled to be paused in the near future and specifically says:
“Your project is not currently paused.”
However, approximately 30 minutes after receiving this email, I logged into the Supabase Dashboard and found that the project is no longer visible in my organization at all.
I also cannot access the project through the direct project link, and therefore I cannot resume the project or download any backup/data.
I have not intentionally deleted this project.
Could you please urgently check the current status of project nhmkvtoyafdztozzyevn and confirm:
Whether the project and its database/storage data still exist. Why the project is no longer visible in my dashboard. Whether you can restore my access to the project. Whether any action is required from me to prevent data loss.
This project contains development data that I would like to preserve, so please ensure that the project/data is not deleted while this issue is being investigated.
I can also provide a screenshot of the dashboard and the inactivity warning email if needed.

The user received an inactivity warning email for their project, which was not paused, but found it missing from the dashboard shortly after. They cannot access the project or its data and are seeking urgent assistance to restore visibility and prevent data loss.
If the project is running (not paused) then you almost certainly are in the wrong account OR you have team mates on the org and they moved it.
If you use Github to login for the first time it creates a new account automatically than may not be associated with the email account if you used email/password.
If Vercel then the project might be thru their dashboard.
Note that if the project is Paused it will still show up and is not deleted.
