Thanks Ibrahim — joined, and found both. I'll put Dopastep in #showcase, and I'll be at Casual Wednesdays on the 5th. If it's useful as a talking point: the Realtime presence side works well — honest occupancy, including tab-close disconnects. What I haven't solved is cold start. People land, read for a few minutes, open the room list, see it's empty, and leave. A body-doubling app is worth nothing with one person in it, so I'd genuinely like to hear how others here got past the first-N-users problem.
